Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of water, yogurt, or plant-based milk of choice (350 ml)
  • 1 scoop of unsweetened and unflavored Plenny Shake
  • 1 ½ cups of peaches, sliced and frozen (340 g)
  • 1 ½ cups of orange, sliced and frozen (300 g)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
